The Diamond Harbour Community Association designed to serve the communities on the south side of Lyttelton Harbour… Teddington, Charteris Bay, Church Bay, Diamond Harbour, Purau and Port Levy. The Association is concerned with the welfare and betterment of Diamond Harbour, NZ and has overall responsibility for the Community Centre.
