Trees for Canterbury is a Not-for-profit Community organisation. Our mission is as follows: Employ, establishing a sense of involvement in the community for disadvantaged people (physically, intellectually, socially and at risk youth) and providing an environment of acceptance as well as support and training for self-development – instilling self-esteem and work habit. Educate, working with educational institutions, providing assistance in the teaching of environmental awareness. Regenerate, cultivating native plants for community planting’s and our own revegetation projects using plant material eco-sourced from local areas.
